Question: my baby girl is 10 months old. can i start feeding her eggs? should i start with egg yolk first or is it safe to give her the white as well? we have no family history of eggs allergic.

Answer: Do not give whole egg before 12 months. Egg yolk can be introduced at 7-10 months. Make sure well cooked.
